MOVEMENT THERAPY GROUP CLASS

Yang Yin: integrative movement for regulation and release

A weekly class designed to support your nervous system through a balanced, integrative approach that combines movement, breath, and restorative work.

      A 2-hour therapeutic yoga workshop designed to release tension, support nervous system regulation, and cultivate self-compassion, grounding, and embodied ease.

    • Embodied Presence: A Practical Training in Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
      An experiential weekend training for yoga teachers, clinicians, and allied professionals exploring mindfulness, self-compassion, embodied practice, nervous system regulation, and psychological flexibility.
